Luscombe Suzuki Leeds is proud to present to the market this fantastic Suzuki Jimny Commercial Allgrip finished off in the ever-popular Brisk Blue paint with a Black Roof. These have become quite scarce as Brand New Cars and this has had a few upgrades over the standard equipment. On the outside, the chunky styling of the Jimny remains as appealing as ever, with Side Body Mouldings helping to protect the car from dents and scrapes, while black Alloy Wheels add to the purposeful look. With the Front Grille upgrade and the addition of Wind deflectors sets the car off as being a little bit different. Inside the cabin, you get as standard a Radio CD – with DAB, Bluetooth and a USB connection fitted - with air conditioning and electric windows adding a little bit of luxury. Under the skin, the selectable four-wheel-drive transmission complements the 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine. The standard five-speed gearbox has relatively short ratios and a long throw of the gear lever, while a second lever selects between 2WD, 4WD or low range for tougher off-road conditions. Drive the Jimny on gravel roads and tough, rocky terrain, and you will be pleased by the little 4x4's ability in the rough. There is nothing that would stop it, and the Jimny will easily put to shame rival 4x4s that cost thousands of pounds more. The rigid axle suspension means you're bounced around the cabin like a pinball on rocky terrain, but the Jimny just keeps going, no matter what you throw at it. The Jimny in its element bouncing through forests, quarries or whichever other ridiculous destinations you’ve ended up in by unerringly following a sat nav set to ‘shortest route’. You’ll accidentally end up in the middle of a classified firing range long before the mechanicals beneath you are even close to being outfoxed. This little car has character in bounds and is a rare find these days - ask any Jimny Efficianado who will wax lyrical for hours on why they like it.
