Access All Areas car buying is our new innovation which gives you access to absolutely everything you could need to make an informed decision when looking for your next car. With the explosion of ways to buy a car these days and the increase in online buying, it’s easy to feel like the further away you are from the experience, the less you get to see.
We think there should be nothing off-limits when you’re researching and shopping for your new car. Whether you’re sat at home trawling the internet, or out and about visiting dealerships*, you should get the same experience and have all your questions answered, at all stages of your experience. Access All Areas car buying aims to give you the full story on every car, including unrivalled access underneath the car to make sure you’re buying a car you can trust from a dealer you can trust. And when you need more information, AAA gives you access to us however you want, whenever you want.
1. Access All Angles
We have a suite of content on each and every car on our website which puts you in the driver’s seat. We know that you want to be able to see your next potential car in lots of detail so we offer 50+ high-quality photos plus a 360-degree interactive image of the inside of the car, leaving nothing to the imagination. But sometimes, a photo doesn’t show everything, so you can also take a 2-3 minute tour of the car with our walkaround demonstration of each car, hearing all about its features and seeing the condition for yourself.
2. Virtual Test Drive
Ok, so you’ve seen the pictures and videos, but what about if you’ve got questions about certain features or specific queries related to your circumstances? We understand you might not be able to visit our showroom at the moment, or you might not even want to just yet. With one click, you can request a ‘Virtual Test Drive’ and join a live video call via WhatsApp, FaceTime or Zoom where you can ask our team anything you like and get them to show you anything you’d like.
3. Technicians Appraisal
Getting a feel for the mechanical condition for a used car can be difficult in person, but it's practically impossible online, right? Not any more. With the Technicians Appraisal, our factory-trained technicians now show you underneath the car, showing you the brakes, tyres, exhaust and suspension components so you can see the condition with your own eyes. And if they don't meet our exceedingly high standards, we'll show you the brand new ones we've just fitted.
4. Access A Car's History
What about the history of the car? There’s always the lingering fear that the car has never been serviced, or has been involved in an accident. We aim to give you the full back story so you can make an informed decision about whether its the right car for you. As well as listing the dates and mileages of previous services, we show you the service book so you can see it’s been looked after. We display the V5 registration document which shows you its previous owners. Plus, we give you a free independent Motorcheck history check so you can see the car has no ghosts lurking in the closet.
5. Build Your Own Deal
So everything looks good with the car. But what about the figures? How much is my current car worth? How much would it cost me per month on a finance package? What if I wanted to add in some extras? Well now you can with our ‘Build Your Deal’ section on our website. Pick your perfect car and customise a finance deal to suit you. With a £99 reservation fee, you can secure the car and our team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

And talking about our team - Access All Areas includes us. We’re on hand at any point you need us. Rather than the hard sell you get in some dealerships, you choose at which point you want our help. 7. Click & Collect / Home Delivery
Finally, once you’ve made your choice, discussed all the options with our team and are ready to get your new car. Our contactless service means everything can be signed remotely and while government guidelines currently restrict showroom handovers, we bring that experience to you. With our click and collect service, our sales team will give you a video handover explainer of your new car in detail which you can refer back to at any point in the future. Or if you choose contactless home delivery, we drop the car on your drive fully sanitised and ready for you to drive.
