What We're Doing In Response To Covid-19

  • Stay Safe!

Firstly and foremost, we hope this finds you in good health. Nothing comes before the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers alike, so while we've had to make some difficult decisions recently, all have been done so with the safety of everyone as the main priority.

Below, we have laid out some vital information relating to how we still hope to help our customers return to some form of normality following the partial easing of restrictions on the 12th April

As of 12th April, we're now reopen in all departments for physical visits to our Sales, Service and Parts departments.

As we have for over a year now, sanitisation and safety is our main priority so all our staff have their temperatures checked daily and all our cars are sanitised to ensure your safety.

While our showroom is now open, we appreciate you may not be comfortable visiting just yet, that's why we introduced Access All Areas Car buying.

Thanks to the introduction of some of the most of up to date technology, you will be able to ACCESS ALL AREAS!  Yes, our sales team are able to provide you with the all the information you require to help you buy your next car, including videos of the outside, inside and even underneath the car you are interested in, together with live video demonstrations on your preferred platform and live chat through What’s App, Facetime, Messenger etc. Through these methods, we will also be able to value any vehicle you would like us to take in part exchange if required.

Our website offers the facility to buy or reserve a car online or to book a service or MOT.  That means you can Click and Collect the car of your choice, or have it delivered to your home or place of work – all prepared for you in the strictest of Covid conditions to keep our customers and our employees as safe as possible.

Our sales executives and service advisors will still be able to take your calls and answer your website enquiries.

  • Sales

Q: I need a car.  Are you allowed to sell one to me?

A: Yes we are still able to sell and deliver cars, possibly somewhat differently from how you may have bought a car in the past.

Our website now has videos of the outside, inside and even underneath the car so you can see every aspect of its condition. We'll also carry out live video demonstrations of any car on your preferred video platform and are more than happy to talk to you via What's App, Facetime etc.

In the preparation of the car and delivery process, all social distancing measures are in place and outlined in full below.

Q: Am I able to take a car for a test drive?

Yes. Since 12th April, test drives are now available again, but we will need to do a few checks as we wont be coming with you to minimise the risk of transmission. For an unoccumpanied test drive, feel free to take the car out at your leisure, but we will need to do a few driver checks first, so please ensure you've got your driving license with you and know your National Insurance number.

Q: My car was purchased on finance - who should I contact for any queries relating to payments or end of lease arrangements?

A: Whether you are coming towards the end of your term and are unsure what to do next, or you would like to talk to your lender about a payment holiday - you should contact the appropriate finance house as this can only be discussed directly with them, and only with the person who is named on the agreement. However, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with the correct contact details.

  • Service

Q: My service/MOT is due (or overdue due to the lockdown)

A: Our Service Departments are continuing to operate as normal, however we have amended the business to operate within social distancing guidelines.

Our usual alternative transport options are quite limited due to operating within strict Covid conditions to ensure customer and staff safety, so we ask that you ideally drop off and pick up the car where possible. Where not possible, we have a small waiting area with tea and coffee facilities and we're in close proximity to a public footpath along the River Aire should you choose to take the opportunity of your daily exercise.  We also have a limited number of courtesy cars available.
