Robin's Diary

Picture of light at the end of a tunnel for Robin's diary

There is light!

I am going to try and be positive! We have been through a difficult couple of years but I think we can see the light glowing brighter at the end of the tunnel of gloom.  The economy is much better than we expected it to be, jobs are a plenty, wages are on the rise.

OK we all want more, but anything is better than nothing!

Building materials are more available, cars are starting to arrive, albeit not fast enough. It looks like we can safely book a holiday. We don’t have to wear masks.  And the amazing NHS - doctors and nurses can see a brighter future.

We all need good news - we don’t need problems - we need solutions - and the best way to be successful is with a positive approach.  Don’t worry about the things you can’t control, concentrate on those you can, and together, the amazing people of the UK will be stronger as a result of adversity. In business we sometimes need a problem to make us sit up, take notice and do something, and I think the whole country has experienced this, and now we can look forward - the worst is behind us.
