Nine years since opening!

It’s hard to believe that it was 9 years’ ago that I risked my house, signed personal guarantees and set off on an amazing business journey.  Starting with a workforce of twelve in total, I never expected it to grow to 60 staff and 1,000s of customers at all, never mind achieving all that in 9 years!!

I have, however, been supported by some really amazing people, who have formed a great team and a fantastic customer service ethic, and that seems to have been the backbone to our success.  Whilst we may be a car business, we are in fact more of a people business, employing people and serving our customers - cars are just the product that brings us together. 

So, this is a good time for me to thank customers and staff who have helped provide 48 additional secure jobs and in turn have enabled each other to enjoy much success, win awards, achieve recognition, and give great job satisfaction to the team.  We are more like a family than a business, we all pull for each other, share the high points and work our way through the difficult days.

Here’s to the next nine years, and maybe a party next year!
