Luscombe’s Leeds Suzuki and MG dealerships have bolstered their prospects for 2022 and the further development of their digital capabilities with the recruitment of Soteris Neophytou as their Innovation & Development Manager.

 

Hired to help meet the ever-changing customer expectations, Soteris brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a new perspective via his previous roles as Sales, Marketing and Operations Manager with Mitsubishi Finance and Marketing & Digital Manager at Suzuki Finance.

 

A major appointment for Luscombe’s and a sign of their continued investment into digital development, MD Robin Luscombe expressed his delight that the Leeds-based business created such a draw that Soteris made the career move, as well as the physical move to Yorkshire in order to join the family business in favour of offers from OEMs.

 

The move sees Sam Luscombe, who developed the digital strategy including the MotorTrader ‘Best Dealer Website’, progress to run the rapidly growing MG franchise, while working with Soteris to develop the digital offering. The customer buying journey has changed immensely over the last 2 years and Luscombe’s Leeds have taken full advantage of all the new digital opportunities, recording record profits YE May 2021, but the journey has only just begun. They can now go full speed ahead and work towards another record-breaking year in 2022.
