About the 2024 MG HS PHEV
The 2024 MG HS PHEV represents a significant improvement on the popular previous model.
With all-new styling which includes greater length, width and longer wheelbase than previous iterations, the new HS PHEV has an athletic frame which is matched by a powerful yet efficient powertrain underneath.
This new plug-in variant of the MG HS sees a 1.5-litre petrol engine, which itself produces 142bhp, paired with a 206bhp electric motor. In turn, this results in a 0-62mph sprint time of just 6.8 seconds! Not only does the new HS PHEV deliver impressive acceleration, but also provides an ultra-efficient driving experience, with the ability to travel on pure electric power alone for up to 75 miles.
Elsewhere, there have been refinements to the cabin, with an all-new interior which includes two 12.3-inch screens on the dash with the central touchscreen incorporating in-built sat-nav, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. There are several additional storage spaces, which includes a greater boot capacity which is up to 507 litres.
The SE variant starts from £31,495, with the top-spec Trophy available from £33,995.
