Fleet Key Account Handler

As a Fleet Key Account Handler, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and effective administrative support function for Luscombe MG and Suzuki Fleet Department. 

You will be helping to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they place a new car order to the point they take delivery of their new vehicle.

Key responsibilities will include...

  • Able to use Microsoft and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to your work, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Processing all vehicle orders accurately, and efficiently on the D.O.C
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy relating to vehicle orders on Ebbon.
  • Supporting the department’s housekeeping and processes, ensuring information and customer details are kept up to date and used accurately.
  • Energy and enthusiasm with strong verbal and written communication skills!
  • Key account handler looking after major accounts via our fleet systems.


You will receive extensive in-house training on all fleet systems. Some of our Manufacturer brand partners also provide training courses for this role which we would also look to utilise.
